While it is a primarily a PDF printer, you can also choose to save the output in other popular formats: TIFF, PS, PNG, PCX, JPEG, EPS, and BMP. Once installed, it is very easy to use, and all you have to do is open the print dialogue and select the BullZip PDF Printer instead of your physical printer. Options include adding watermarks, rotation, and adding documents before and after the original content. PDFs look more professional and offer added security, including password protection.

I am using QB Pro 2008 and this worked after I first tried to print directly to the printer with the PrintInvoice or CTL+P and printed to the QB PDF converter driver and it failed then it would let me Save as PDF and now works fine, saves PDF files and Sends to Outlook 2007 as attachments. The BullZip PDF Printer is a useful Microsoft utility that generates PDF documents from almost all of the Microsoft range of applications. You can now "save as PDF" This worked to a point for me.

Open Quickbooks printer setup and check that you can see Quickbooks PDF Converter on the list of options, if not reboot a second time, open Quickbooks and check again (should be there). Go to the advanced tab of printer properties and check "Print directly to Printer". Go to Devices and Printers and add Amyuni Printer (its on the 7 RC downloaded extended list), name it Quickbooks PDF Converter and put it on a new port named QBD_PDF.

Find the file QBPRINT.QBP and rename as QBPRINT.OLD. Now do the R7 update, you will get a windows error message "arguments are invalid" and your PDF Converter printer will disappear.

Install QB from disk (vista compatability run as administrator) but don't take R7 update yet. This will work in 7 RC 圆4 for QUickbooks 2009. *Edit2* As soon as I finished the install of R8 I get an error "The Arguments are Invalid" and can not install the PDF Print driver or print to PDF. Changed the settings, Port, and removed the advanced printing features, saved and rebooted. Upgraded to R7 rebooted, test print, locked up so I Forced an End Task for the program. Changed the settings, Port, to NUL, and removed the advanced printing feature, saved and rebooted. James *Edit* I have proved this, I removed the QB Pro 2008, rebooted, reinstalled, tested PDF print and it locked up so I Forced an End Task for the program. So for now back to installing QB 2008 to R7 I guess. QB 2009 is supposed to correct this problem with Vista 圆4 but I have QB 2008 and don't see the need to spend more money for a program that does not support 圆4 as I will likely stay with 圆4 from now on. There is a problem with the QB R8 and Windows 7圆4 that is not alowing the print driver to install. I can uninstall the program and reinstall and can get the same results. I then did an auto update and QB updated to R8 and then the PDF Printer would not work after that.

I then installed the R7 web update and went through the same steps and had the same results. I could kill the program and change the settings of the newly added PDF Printer to those found on all the Intuit forums and then it would print fine. I have found that when I installed QB 2008 R1, opened a sample company, tried to print with the PDF converter it would crash. I have been working on this issue for days.
